Couples who enjoy charm will love it

The staff were cute, even with the language barrier. We had a fantastic New Year's dinner with live music, the food was great, a large buffet variety that blew us away!

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but it was still acceptable for what we got.

The room felt cramped and rather dim for the cost!!! The reception staff had limited language skills, which hindered communication and support!!! A frustrating experience, especially with a power outage leaving us in discomfort!!!

During our stay, we loved how easy it was to walk to the beautiful Duna do Por do Sol, only about 700 meters away, as well as explore the lively Praca Principal, just a short stroll of about 300 meters from our room, providing us a perfect mix of relaxation and local charm.

First, the electricity went out in the middle of the night, leaving us sweating in the heat with no way to cool down. When I approached the staff about the issue, their response was lackluster. they only apologized without offering any real assistance. After such a terrible night, I expected at least some form of compensation, but they didn't seem to care about our experience at all.

The sunset views from the pool area were absolutely breathtaking! 🌅 I loved the relaxing atmosphere, but the breakfast could be quieter. Overall, a peaceful retreat with caring staff!

Amazing vibes and great food!

We stayed for 6 nights and just loved the chill atmosphere. The staff were super friendly and made us feel at home, even with the language thing. The New Year’s dinner was a highlight with awesome live music and a huge buffet! Just wish the breakfast had more variety.

The Suite with Garden View was really nice and comfy. It gave off a relaxing vibe, perfect for unwinding. The small beach within the property was super chill and kept things quiet. The only thing was that the breakfast could be better. Overall, it was a cozy spot to enjoy some downtime.
